TECHNICAL SOLUTION

Stand-alone single-purpose machine designed to be operated by one operator. The machine is controlled by a touch-sensitive OP panel, which is located on the front side of the machine within reach of the operator. Indication of the machine status is provided by a 3-colour beacon (GYR) located in the operator's line of sight. The machine is operated with a cardboard or plastic reel/coil with wound contact strips with paper interlayer.

BASIC CHARACTERISTICS

The machine rewinds coils from 13 mm to 80 mm thick. The diameter of the coils is 588 mm. The rewinding station is controlled by a pedal. A braking system is built in on the second spool to prevent the spool from unwinding. The machine has automatic tensioning of the spool to prevent sagging of the belt during rewinding. The machine works in both directions (spool 1> spool 2; spool 2> spool 1). 
Two separate programs are pre-prepared in the machine.

Program 1 - rewinding:

Rewinding from reel 1 to reel 2 to achieve the direction of unwinding required by the customer. The process starts by opening spool 1, manually unwinding the interleaving paper and contact strip and inserting them into spool 2, when the contact strip is secured in spool 2 by several turns, then rewinding can be done in automatic mode until the end of the strip, after covering with interleaving paper it will be finished by the operator with adhesive tape, marking.
 

Program 2 - Rework:

Rewinding is done from spool 1 to spool 2 and then back to spool 1. Coil 2 will be secured against removal by the operator before the rewinding is completed. 

Part counter on the spool:

The machine is equipped with an active light gate that counts each beam cut by a running belt with contacts.
The actual status is displayed on the OP panel of the device.
