SPECIFICATION
Our customer was primarily interested in increasing production capacity and relieving operators of the physical effort in handling packaged commodities during the palletizing of cardboard boxes.
BASIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PACKING PART
The packing line is a newly equipped, fully automated section for folding cardboard boxes, followed by the packing procedure, where a predefined number of frozen bags of packaged food and mixes are inserted into the formatted cartons. The entire unit of the packing section offers a fully automated process with magnetic checks and separation of any non-conforming products. The output from this section is gluing a coded label printed according to the customer ID on the top of the closed and filled cardboard box.
BASIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PALLETIZING PART
The palletizing part of the entire line receives the cardboard boxes from the new branch of the packing line supplied by us and from the existing equipment of the node already operating in the original production process.
The cardboard boxes with various products run along the backbone conveyors with a certain logic in the two branches and pass under the robot, which places them on EUR pallets according to pallet patterns in pre-programmed matrices. The output from the entire line is a EUR pallet loaded with the product in cardboard boxes, securely wrapped with ordinary film.
