SPECIFICATION
The project was implemented at the customer’s request for a mechanical and electrical installation.
DESCRIPTION OF THE AUTOMATED OPERATION
1. A crate with material is transported to the storage workplace via a roller conveyor.
2. The reader scans the bar code on the crate and the material is transported further to the storage workplace.
3. When the material arrives at the designated location, the robot grabs the crate and places it on a pallet at the designated location in the rack.
4. A total of 1 robot works within the equipment, which stores crates of material in 10 racks.
BASIC CHARACTERISTICS
The final products are handled by a ABB robot with grippers of our own design. Transport between the press line and storage racks is done by a roller conveyor.
